Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
We know that online shopping for womens moto gear is one of the most difficult things to do. We have created a handy size guide, and a sizing page with photos of real people in our pants of different sizes. We use US sizing, with the sizes 12 and above fitting slightly small due to the manufacturing. Please follow the sizing guide to measure yourself and choose the size that will work best for you. All our products are subject to quality control.
Motorcycle gear is inherently subjected to many difficult conditions. It is expected and necessary that gear will need to be replaced over time to remain safe and effective, especially if damaged. Normal wear and tear is not covered under our product promise.If you believe that your garment or gear has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@sojourn.ltd with a photo and detailed explanation of the issue. Please contact us as soon as you notice a defect.
It does not cover crashes, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
As a new female founded brand, Sojourn is especially interested in becoming the most size inclusive womens motorcycle gear brand in the world. There are limitations that exist when first starting out, but as Sojourn grows we promise to endeavour to create gear to fit any body. Currently Sojourn offers motorcycle gear for women in US sizes 2-16, and clothing in sizes XS-XXL. We acknowledge that this is not a big enough size range for everyone to fit into Sojourn at the start, but as we grow we expect to see our size range grow as well.

Yes! We had to choose one inseam length to start out - but as we grow we will develop short, and long lengths when possible, and with the right amount of demand.
Please let us know via our product wish and feedback form if you’d like to request longer or shorter lengths.

We really hope that you love your Sojourn gear the first time. However we know that shopping online is tough and it doesn’t always work out. We will endeavour to help out as much as possible. Items may be sent to be returned within 15 working days of receiving the item. All tags must be attached, and gear or merchandise must be unworn, unused, unsoiled, and in their original packaging where applicable. All accessories (blankets, hats, stickers, key chains, totes) are considered personal items and may not be returned or exchanged. However if you believe you have received a defective product please contact us and we will make it right. Please email support@sojourn.ltd to start a return and for more info.
Sojourn is not responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns.

As Sojourn gear ships from Canada, you may be liable for taxes and duties on receipt of your package based on the value of the package you are receiving. Sojourn is not responsible for the duties or taxes on your order. If you have more questions about the cost of the duties you may have to pay, please contact your local customs agency for more information.

Orders ship out from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout - please note that these shipping charges are non-refundable as they cover the service from the shipping companies. Cost will depend on where you are located in the world.

1. What is a pre-order?
A presale order is an order placed for a product that is not yet available for immediate shipping. By placing a presale order, you reserve the product in advance. Your order will be shipped once the product becomes available.
2. When will my presale item ship?
The estimated shipping window for this presale item is: March 2026
This is an estimated timeframe only. Production and shipping timelines may change. If there is a delay beyond this estimate, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Will I be charged at the time of the presale?
Yes. Payment is collected when you place your presale order in order to secure your item.
If you are uncomfortable paying upfront, please wait for the product to be fully in stock.
4. What happens if the delivery date changes?
If we become aware that your order will ship later than the estimated timeframe, we will send you an email update.
You will have the option to:- Accept the new estimated delivery date, or
- Cancel your order for a full refund
We will not ship your order without notifying you of a material delay.
5. Can I cancel my presale order?
Yes. You may cancel your presale order at any time before it ships by contacting us at:

Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Your payment secures your reservation for the product.
4. Delays & Customer Rights
If your order cannot be shipped within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you.
You may choose to:- Accept the revised delivery date, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund
If you do not respond within 7 days, we may treat the silence as acceptance of the new delivery window unless prohibited by provincial law.
5. Cancellation Rights
You may cancel at any time before shipment and receive a full refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Product Changes
Minor updates to product specifications may occur before release. If a material change occurs, you will be notified and offered the right to cancel.
